Emma Stephenson

I have worked in racing in a variety of roles for over 18years from stable girl, to work rider, to jockey, to now currently holding the position as assistant trainer in our small dual purpose yard. I joined the SRA 2020 where we strive to recruit and train new people into the industry, I have worked with many new people entering the industry and helped to support them into a full time role, as well as providing an opportunity those already working in the industry to gain qualifications and upskill. I have gained coaching qualifications of level 1, 2 and three and apply these regularly in my day to day life.
