Co-ordinator

Lauren joined the Racing Staff Development Programme in the role of Co-Ordinator in October 2023. Lauren’s entire working life has been spent in the horseracing industry, initially on a work placement with Robert Alner before transferring to David Elsworth. The racing bug was well engrained and in 2005 Lauren commenced the Foundation Course at the British Racing School.

Upon successful graduation, Lauren commenced employment with Wiltshire trainer, Seamus Mullins where she remained for three years before relocating to the all-conquering Barbury Castle Stables of trainer Alan King where she was an integral part of the team for five years.

Lauren’s glittering CV also includes a spell in the US at Hidden Brook Farm, Kentucky and, more recently, as Yard Manager for Lycetts Team Champions, Daniel and Claire Kubler where she worked for seven years.

In 2021 Lauren reached the Finals in the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards in the Leadership Category. She was also instrumental in achieving the Lycetts Team Champion Awards during her time at Kubler Racing.
