Jess is an RSDP graduated level 3 racing coach based in Thirsk. She has 15 years experience in the racing industry with roles as a work rider, secretary and amateur jockey. Jess really enjoys coaching as it allows her to visit different trainers yards and her favourite bit would be seeing racing staff improve in skill and confidence.
